Renter Eligibility
Renter must be at least 18 years of age with valid photo Identification.

Reservations
Deposit are required to secure a reservation. No reservation will be made until payment of deposit is received. Quotation is valid for 72 hours and may change after. The quote includes payment for selected bus, toll roads and airport entry permits. Price is subject to change pending final itinerary. Quote is based on time stated and/or mileage allowance. Should the charter exceed these, additional charges will apply.

Payments
We accept: Direct deposit (preferred), Wire transfer, Check payable to S I V Transport LLC, Cash, or Credit Card (3% FEES) ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE CLEAR BEFORE THE SERVICE WILL BE DONE. NO SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED IF PAYMENTS ARE NOT CLEAR.  Customers is responsible for drivers hotel, if multiple days trip. Please make sure the hotel has some parking space for a bus. Parking fee and Parks entrance also must be paid by customers.

Rules of Conduct
There is No Smoking allowed on the bus. We have zero tolerance policy for disorderly behavior. SIV Transport reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle and/or terminate this contract. In the event of termination of the contract NO portion of the contract will be refunded. Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate termination of contract and forfeiture of all paid deposits and fees for service.

Food policy
There are no Glass bottles, cups or glass containers allowed on the bus. This is for your own protection. Cans, plastic and Styrofoam are welcome. Carry on food (dry) allowed. All guests must be 21 years old to drink alcohol.

Injuries
We will not be held responsible or liable for injuries caused by or due to: slippery steps (entering/exiting the vehicle) loud music, slippery floors, glass breakage, motion of the vehicle or any conditions existing in the interior or on the exterior part of the vehicle which may cause harm or injury. All injuries must be reported to the driver immediately in order to get proper medical attention. All medical emergency will be the sole financial responsibility of the client or injured guest and continuance of your reservation will be at the sole discretion of the driver and SIV bus.

Damages and clean up fees
If a passenger should vomit inside/outside the bus, there will be $300 clean up fee issued. The toilet should be used for its intended purposes. You cant throw anything except toilet paper! If it happens that some things, bottles, underwear or any other things will be throw there $500 clean up fee issued. If any property of SIV Transport gets damaged or stolen by the contract holder or guest, you will be reliable for all replacement coast, collection fees, attorney fees, court cost, etc.

Lost or Stolen Items
SIV Transport recommends that all and any valuables be removed from the vehicle when unattended. We will not beheld responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen property during or after the completion of the rental.

Cancellation Policy
If you make a reservation for a specific time and date, we will turn down other customers and therefore expect you to commit to your reservation. Cancelations are to be made 7 days prior to your reservation date to receive a refund. Deposit is not refundable. Any cancelations made less than a week an advance from reservation date result in loss of any refund.

Refund Procedure
In any case that a refund is to be issued, you shall provide a forwarding address at which SIV Transport may mail you the refund. Refund will be mailed within 30 days after your reservation.
Vehicle Related Issues
Since SIV Transport offers high tech equipment vehicles, sometimes heat and excessive use of all power operated equipment vehicles, might be subject to temporary failure. SIV Transport is not Liable in case of unexpected vehicle breakdowns, accidents, severe weather, or anything that may delay a timely arrival. All efforts will be made to supply a replacement vehicle. If a replacement vehicle is sent, and customer rejects it, No refund is due. If no replacement vehicle is available, the refund will be limited to the amount paid by the customer.

The trip can be canceled up to 3 days before its implementation for the possibility of transfer to another day in 2020. Absolutely no refunds. Any cancelations made less than a two days an advance from reservation date result in loss of any rights. Offer valid only within 20 miles of zip code 95821. An additional fee will/may be added if you need service outside of the zip codes given. Offer valid for one day trip, additional fees will be added for multiple days trip.Please contact us for details.
